Custom kids playrooms and cozy basement libraries

At Total Basement Finish in Littleton, Colorado, we turn underutilized lower levels into imaginative retreats where kids can read, create, and play. Our thoughtful basement renovations blend durable craftsmanship with inspiring designs that easily grow alongside your family.

Recessed storage cubbies and smart organization

Clutter-free spaces make room for bigger imaginations. We craft custom built-in bookshelves and recessed storage cubbies that conceal craft supplies and toys neatly while keeping favorite storybooks within easy reach for young readers.

Durable flooring and creative chalk accent walls

Active play requires resilient materials. Our designs feature durable luxury vinyl plank flooring that resists spills and scratches, paired with interactive chalkboard accent walls that let young artists express themselves without damaging basement walls.

Soft ambient lighting and flexible spaces that grow

We design lower-level spaces that transition seamlessly from toddler play areas to study lounges and teen hangouts. With layered, soft ambient light fixtures and modular layouts, your basement remains a cozy, welcoming destination through every stage of childhood.
